(400 g) can of tomatoes<br \/>\n1 red pepper, sliced<br \/>\n3-1\/2; oz. (100 g) small broccoli florets<br \/>\n8 baby corn, cut in half<br \/>\n1-3\/4 oz. (50 g) green beans, cut in half<br \/>\n1 tsp ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp chili powder<br \/>\n1 tsp garam masala**<br \/>\n1 tbsp fresh shredded basil<br \/>\nPlace the lentils, rice, stock and wine in a big pot or stovetop casserole dish.
